PhuketSafeTaxi FAQ — Everything You Need to Know Before Booking

Send a WhatsApp message to Sukumaporn (061-215-6007) or Pansa (092-444-0225). Include your hotel or pickup address, destination, date, and time. We reply with a fixed Thai Baht price and confirm the trip.

For airport pickup we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For day trips and Khao Lak/Phi Phi pier transfers, 1–3 days ahead is ideal during high season. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just message us.

No. PhuketSafeTaxi is booked directly through WhatsApp or phone. There is no app to install and no account to register.

Yes. Many customers book the airport pickup on arrival and the return drop-off on the same WhatsApp thread. We confirm the same driver and a fixed return price.

Every trip is quoted as a fixed flat rate in Thai Baht based on pickup, destination, vehicle size, and time of day. There is no meter and no surge pricing. The price you see in WhatsApp is the price you pay.

We accept Thai Baht (THB) in cash. Bank transfer (Thai bank) is also possible by arrangement. We do not accept foreign currency or credit cards directly.

No hidden fees. Tolls (where they apply) and standard luggage are included in the quoted price. Late-night airport pickups are also at the same agreed rate. If a route has unusual costs, we tell you up front before booking.

Payment is in cash at the end of the trip in most cases. For long-distance bookings or multi-day private driver trips, we may agree on a small deposit by Thai bank transfer.

Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall holding a printed sign with your name. Walk out after collecting your luggage and look for the sign. If you can't find your driver, send a WhatsApp message — they are nearby.

Send your flight number when you book. The driver tracks the actual landing time. You will not be charged extra for normal flight delays.

Yes. Phuket Airport has international and domestic terminals. Tell us which flights, and we will plan the pickup so the group rides together (or separately if you prefer).

Sedans and SUVs for couples and small groups, and Toyota Commuter / Hiace minivans for families and groups with luggage. All cars are private, licensed, air-conditioned, and insured.

A sedan fits 2 large suitcases plus 2 carry-ons. An SUV fits 3–4 large suitcases. A Hiace minivan handles 6–8 large suitcases for a family. Tell us your luggage count when booking and we'll match the right vehicle.

Yes — child seats and booster seats are available on request. Please tell us the child's age and weight so we can prepare the right type before pickup.

Yes. Both drivers are local Thai women: Sukumaporn Kamking and Pansa Kotcharak. They drive their own private vehicles and answer all bookings personally.

Yes. Both drivers communicate in English on WhatsApp and during the trip. Thai is also fully supported.

Yes. Both vehicles carry valid Thai vehicle registration and insurance. Seat belts work on every seat.
