PhuketSafeTaxi is a small, owner-operated service. Most of our feedback comes directly through WhatsApp — short messages from passengers after they've reached their hotel, the airport, or back home. We do not buy reviews, fabricate testimonials, or pay for star ratings.

This page describes the patterns we hear most often, how we handle complaints, and the simple ways you can leave honest feedback.

Common Themes in Customer Feedback

What passengers most often mention is the relief they feel from the moment they step off the plane — because the driver is already waiting, with a name sign, after sending a confirmation photo on WhatsApp, and at a price agreed in advance.

Themes we hear regularly:

  • "Glad it was a woman driver, especially traveling alone."
  • "Price matched what was agreed, no hidden fees."
  • "Smooth driving — kids slept the whole way."

The honest critique we hear sometimes is about English communication — Sukumaporn and Pansa speak basic English and use a mobile translator app for longer conversations. We handle this by doing most of the planning over WhatsApp text in advance, where translation is automatic.

How we handle complaints

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong

We're a small team — two drivers, hands-on. So when something goes wrong, you talk to the owner directly. No call center, no ticket system.

  • If the driver is late, we adjust the price or refund the difference depending on the situation.
  • If the car isn't clean or the AC isn't cool enough, tell us — we own the issue and fix it.
  • If something unexpected happens (a breakdown, for example), we arrange a backup car at no extra cost.

Every piece of feedback — good or bad — gets read and replied to.
